KC Ballet Confirmed as 2012 Dance Venue

Attention Dancers!
Last week the KC Fringe confirmed the KC Ballet's 180-seat Studio Theater in the Todd Bolender Center for Dance and Creativity as our 2012 Dance stage.

"I'm lucky enough to travel all over the world and see dance facilities everywhere, and I can't think of one in the world that is more beautiful than this building," commented Michael Kaiser, President of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
The Todd Bolender Center for Dance & Creativity and home of the KC Ballet opened in 2011 after a full restoration and repurposing of the historic Power House built in 1914. It is located downtown at the corner of Pershing and Broadway, just west of Union Station.
